My paintings express the soul and spirit of my subjects--their activity within time and space, both seen and unseen. I look beyond the veil of a subject, to the passion and intensity within. I seek the unspoken dance. When I paint and draw on the canvas, I use a combination of ancient techniques, and novel methods of my own. - Hollye Davidson
